I recently met my next guest, Alicia Newsome, in a 12-month intensive virtual program for Functional Medicine and Integrative Health Practitioners. I called her after a Zoom session and immediately felt a kindred connection.
Alicia is a women's health practitioner and a success coach. She helps women reclaim their lives by assisting them to understand their bodies, hormones, digestion, and blind spots while taking on life's most important questions.

Perfection is doing the best we can in each moment, even when it feels like a monumental failure. These moments have the potential of propelling us forward in new directions.
Nudging us to gently remember that we are perfect, just as we are on life's bumpy journey.
